Evolution of the alert system
We’ve recently introduced the ability to customize outputs.
The benefits for you:
- Improved accessibility of alert integration.
- The customer’s administrator can no longer go through Support to request an integration.
- More integration with popular existing messaging tools: Microsoft Teams and Gitter
(already present in Discord, Signal, Slack)
- Possibility of personalizing messages sent by alerts (which were previously static).
iOS 16 compatibility
The iOS16 POC has been validated by the technical team. We plan to make this version available

New PSD2 reporting
This reporting enables a minimum of intervention prior to the quarterly publication of
results of all API monitoring and PSD2 scenarios. This reporting has been created in
collaboration with our banking customers, and therefore meets the prerequisites required by the ACPR.

Insurance: Bring yourself into compliance
The French law on purchasing power (art. 15 to 19) was enacted this summer, bringing with it a number of changes for insurers and mutual insurers offering online contracts.

Insurers will have to allow members to cancel any contract taken out online, easily and

The implementing decree has not yet been published. Nevertheless, current
recommendations are to enable cancellation in “3 clicks”.

In practice, by June 1, 2023 at the latest, an easy-to-access “Cancel” button will have to be available,
for any customer who has taken out a contract online or on a mobile application.
This will require you to create or adjust existing paths to make this new functionality accessible.
